Travel Days~June 27-29

Over the last 3 days we have been on many modes of transportation! Mark & Merrie's Jeep to Coupeville, seatac shuttle, ferry, 3 planes to Detroit, Amsterdam, & madrid, underground metro in Madrid, train to Pamplona, and finally bus to St. Jean Pied de Port. Boy, we were pooped just getting to the start of our journey.

Everything went as smoothly as it could considering the language barrier. I didn't take many pictures, Doug did, but this one in Madrid reminded me of Merrie and the joy that Doug and i are feeling that we are walking this adventure together.
